Training
When introducing a new system, thorough training is naturally necessary, which we usually provide online. We continuously develop the system, and new colleagues may join your team as well, so it is worth taking advantage of personalized refresher training at least once a year.
Configuration, system parameterization
At the first commissioning, our colleagues usually configure the system online, and in the process you can also learn how to set the parameters. If at first you would rather entrust not only the settings but also the parameterization to us, our colleagues are available for that as well.
Operation and server service
You do not need to operate a server. Predor Systems Kft. provides the server service and system operation for you. This way, we take care of updates and the smooth running of the system.
On-call support, maintenance contract
If your system was not installed by one of our hundreds of installer partners but by the manufacturer itself, Predor Systems Kft., then it is worth signing a maintenance contract. This gives you contractually guaranteed response times if any issue arises. With an active contract, you can also request immediate phone support.
